Variants of oscillation excitation and reception  points layout

The most complete seismic information about the structure of the study area can be obtained by using a spatial observation system – 3D seismic exploration. Due to the high labor intensity, 3D shallow-depth seismics is performed for solving geotechnical problems on limited areas.
The figure shows one of the optimal variants of the scheme of excitation and signals reception points at an oscillations frequency in the range of 80-120 Hz, allowing to construct seismic images without interpolation procedures applying.

Presentation of 3D seismic data processing results in the form of a cube and movable vertical and horizontal slides allows interactively get a visual representation of the spatial structure of the site and assign the section planes for detailed coordinated processing.

A wide range of dynamic parameters (amplitudes, frequencies, signal/noise ratio, etc.) in the specified processing windows allows to get visual reporting maps that characterize the various features of the studied media – the presence and position of tectonic faults, shallow gas accumulations, decompactions  and voids, objects with high density, etc.
